Drawing fro a wide array of disciplines, yoga, mime, contemporary dance, the martial arts (chi gung, tai ji quan, aikido, kalaripayatt, kenjitsu, caporiea, jujitsu, tae kwan do, etc.), Shijtsu, the Alexander Technique, etc. - a process which the actor can carry on by self-work. Actor to move without mental blocks and maintain an inherent balance, so that he can truthfully expresshimself with creativity and discipline.
